My Eyes Only
How do I move content out of My Eyes Only?
In the Snapchat app: open My Eyes Only with your passcode, select what you want included and move it to your ordinary Memories, before you request the export.
This is done in the Snapchat app, not with us, and it is the one part of the process we cannot do anything about on your behalf. You open My Eyes Only with your passcode, select the snaps you want in the archive, and move them into your ordinary Memories.
The order matters: move first, request the export afterwards. Snapchat packs up whatever exists at the moment the request is sent. Moving things later does not help an export that has already been ordered, and you will have to wait for a new one.
If you have forgotten your My Eyes Only passcode, it is Snapchat support you need, not ours. We have no access to your account and cannot help with that part, and neither can any other service that claims it can.
Think through what you move. Whatever leaves My Eyes Only is no longer passcode-protected in the app, and it ends up in the archive you download, meaning ordinary files on your computer, and in your photo library if you import them there. If you want to keep the protection, you can leave the content where it is and accept that it will not be included.
If you want both to keep it and keep it private: move it out, run the export, and then put those files in a password-protected folder or on an encrypted drive rather than in your ordinary photo library. Then you still have the memory without it sitting in plain view.
