Account and payment

What happens to the files I upload?

Uploads and finished archives are deleted automatically within 48 hours, and you can delete them yourself as soon as you have collected your archive.

The upload and the finished archive are deleted automatically within 48 hours of the processing finishing. You can also delete everything yourself straight away from your overview as soon as you have downloaded the archive, without waiting.

The deletion is not just a routine in our code. The storage is configured so that the files expire on their own after the time limit. Even if something on our side stopped working, or we forgot about them ourselves, they would still disappear. That is the difference between a policy and a guarantee.

While the files are with us they are used only to carry out the processing. No human needs to open them, they are not shared with anyone, and they are not used as training data.

Your account and your purchase remain after the deletion. It is only the media files that go. So you can run a new export whenever you like without paying again.

It also means you should download the archive in good time. We email you when it is ready, and you then have 48 hours. If you miss the window, nothing is lost. You simply run the export again, free of charge, but you have to upload again.

If you want us to delete your account and everything belonging to it, an email is enough. We do it and confirm when it is done, and we do not ask you to explain why. The service is run from Sweden and under Swedish law.
